Thank you for purchasing Ambrane Dots Echo True Wireless Earbuds. We recommend you to read the instruction manual carefully before using the product.

Operating Instructions 

Power ON and Pairing

With charging case - 

  • Simply take out the earbuds from the charging case, they will turn on and enter into pairing mode.
  • Search for “Dots Echo” on your device’s Bluetooth list and select to connect. 

Without charging case -

  • Press the Touch Sensors on both earbuds for about 3 seconds and they will turn on.
  • Search for “Dots Echo” on your device’s Bluetooth list and select to pair.

Note - From the second use onward, the earbuds will connect automatically if the device’s Bluetooth is ON and within range. 

Power OFF

With charging case - 

  • Simply put the earbuds back into the charging case and they will turn off automatically. 

Without charging case -

  • Press and hold the touch sensor for 5 seconds on both the earbuds to power off manually.  

How to Reset 

  • Unpair/ Forget Dots Echo from the connected device.
  • Tap the touch sensor on either of the earbuds five times in a row to reset.
  • Now follow the pairing instructions again to connect the earbuds with your device.

Note - If you're using one earbud and want to switch to the other one, take the new earbud out of the case first, then put the one you were using back into the case.

Charging Instructions

Charging Case -

  • Connect the Type-C end of the USB cable to the Type-C input port on the charging case.
  • Insert the USB-A connector into a power source such as a USB wall adapter or computer USB port capable of a 5V DC Output.

  • Put the earbuds back into the charging case to charge them.

  • Never allow children to play with this product. Always store the product out of reach of children. The bags themselves or the many small parts they contain may cause choking if ingested.

  • This product contains magnetic material. Consult your physician on whether this might affect your implantable medical device.
  • Leaving the product in hot or cold places, such as in a closed car in the summer and winter conditions, will reduce the capacity and lifetime of the earbuds.
  • Dispose of the product according to local standards and regulations.

 FAQ’s:

 

Q. How to connect the earbuds to another device?

A. Simply turn off the Bluetooth from your connected device and follow the “Power ON and Pairing” instructions with the device you wish to connect.

Q. What to do when the device cannot search and connect the earbuds?

A. Kindly reset/restart both your device and the earbuds, and then check again.

Q. When there’s noise and the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting?

A. The earbuds need to be charged and make sure you are not beyond the signal distance.

Q. What to do when Bluetooth is connected but you are unable to listen to music?

A. Please check the following:

i)  Check your device setting to adjust the sound of the earbuds.

ii) Some devices require you to select the device twice.

iii) Some devices do not have complete stereo Bluetooth. Kindly connect the earbuds with another device to check if it is functioning properly.  

Q. What to do when the connection with true wireless is unstable?

A. Bluetooth signal is transmitted wirelessly and signals can be affected, which results in the intermittent sound of earbuds, in the following conditions:

  • The distance between the earbuds and your Bluetooth device is at the edge of the Bluetooth pairable distance.
  • Transmitted signals encounter obstacles or human body blockage.
  • There are high-power electronic devices nearby.
  • There are other Bluetooth devices and are being turned on/off nearby.
  • To resume a stable connection between the earbuds and your Bluetooth device, try to avoid the above conditions and then unpair and reset as instructed above.
