Thank you for purchasing the Ambrane ANB-45 Neckband. We recommend you to read the instruction manual carefully before using the product.

Operating Instructions: 

• Look for the L/R on the earphone and wear them. Adjust by twisting into position if the fit isn’t right.
• Move the microphone closer to your mouth for better sound quality during phone conversations.Search for “Dots Echo” on your device’s Bluetooth list and select to connect. 

How to Pair:

• Press hold the Multi Function for 3 seconds
• Search for “ANB-45” on your device’s Bluetooth list and select to pair.

How to Reset 

• Unpair/Forget ANB-45 from the connected device.
• Press on the middle button (0) five times to reset.
• Now follow the pairing instructions again to connect with your device.

Charging Instructions

• Connect the small end of the USB cable to the Type-C charging port located on the neckband.
• Insert the other end of the cable into a powered USB wall adapter or computer (DC 5V).
• For Type-C to Type-C charging, insert one end of the cable into the neckband's Type-C port and the other end into a compatible Type-C power adapter.

Note:

• The recommended charging voltage is 5V/1A.
  
  
• The neckband supports fast charging up to 100W via a Type-C to Type-C cable, and up to 80W via a USB-A to Type-C cable.

• This package contains small parts that may be hazardous to children and should be kept out of their reach. This product is not a toy.
• Never allow children to play with this product. Always store the product out of reach of children. The bags themselves or the many small parts they contain may cause choking if ingested.
• Never try to dismantle the product yourself, or push objects of any kind into the products, as this may cause short circuits which could result in a fire or electric shock.
• None of the components can be replaced or repaired by users. Only authorized dealers or service centres may open the product. If any parts of your product require replacement for any reason, including normal wear and tear or breakage, please contact us.
• Avoid exposing your product to rain, moisture, or other liquids to protect against damage to the product or injury to you.
• Keep all products, cords, and cables away from the operating machinery.
• If the product overheats, if the product has been dropped or damaged, if the product has a damaged cord or plug, or if the product has been dropped in a liquid, discontinue use and contact us.

• Do not submerge the neckband in water.
• Do not expose the earbuds to moving water (e.g., from a faucet, etc.)
• Do not wear the neckband while showering or bathing, or when participating in water sports, e.g., swimming, waterskiing, surfing, etc.
• This product contains magnetic material. Consult your physician on whether this might affect your implantable medical device.
• Leaving the product in hot or cold places, such as in a closed car in the summer and winter conditions, will reduce the capacity and lifetime of the neckband.
• Dispose of the product according to local standards and regulations.

 FAQ’s:

Q. How to connect the neckband to another device?

A. Simply turn off the Bluetooth from your connected device and follow the “Power ON and Pairing” instructions with the device you wish to connect.

Q. What to do when the device cannot search and connect the neckband?

A. Kindly reset/restart both your device and the neckband, and then check again.

Q. When there’s noise and the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting?

A. The neckband needs to be charged and make sure you are not beyond the signal distance.

Q. What to do when Bluetooth is connected but you are unable to listen to music?

A. Please check the following:

i)  Check your device setting to adjust the sound of the neckband.

ii) Some devices require you to select the device twice.

iii) Kindly connect the neckband with another device to check if it is functioning properly.  

Q. What to do when the connection with the neckband is unstable?

A. Bluetooth signal is transmitted wirelessly and signals can be affected, which results in the intermittent sound of earbuds, in the following conditions:

• The distance between the neckband and your Bluetooth device is at the edge of the Bluetooth pairable distance.
• Transmitted signals encounter obstacles or human body blockage.
• There are high-power electronic devices nearby.
• There are other Bluetooth devices and are being turned on/off nearby.
• To resume a stable connection between the neckband and your Bluetooth device, try to avoid the above conditions and then unpair and reset as instructed above.
