Cancellation & Replacement Policy

• Before Shipment: Cancel anytime before shipping by contacting our support team. A gift card of the product’s value (valid for 1 year) will be issued.
  
• After Shipment: Cancel within 48 hours of ordering. A gift card (after ₹50 deduction for shipping) will be issued.
  
• Replacements: Report damaged, defective, or wrong items within 48 hours for a replacement. Manufacturing defects will be checked before approval.
  
• Warranty: Purchases from our website get an extra 30-day extended warranty.
  
• Important: Video proof (handover & unboxing) is required for warranty claims. Policies may change without prior notice.
