Cancellation Before Shipment

At Ambrane, we value your decision to cancel your order. However, we request you to initiate the cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, preferably before it has been shipped as this helps us simplify the process.

Once you contact our team for cancellation, your order will be cancelled and a gift card of product value will be issued within 24 to 48 hours. You are requested to redeem the gift card within 1 year from the date of receiving.
Cancellation After Shipment

Although we appreciate cancellations before shipment, we welcome your cancellations after shipment as well.

If the order you want to cancel has been shipped but not delivered, we request you to contact our customer service team within 48 hours of ordering it.

We will then confirm the cancellation and issue a gift card of product value instead, deducting the courier and shipment charges of flat ₹50. You are requested to redeem the gift card within 1 year from the date of receiving.

Repairment
All our products are rigorously tested to excellence before leaving the warehouse. However, in case your product is damaged during shipment or transit, or if the product received bears manufacturing defects, we take complete liability and welcome your request for a repair or refund*.
How to Request Repair/Refund
Step 1 - Please contact our customer service via call, email, or whatsApp us directly via the customer support section on our website.
Step 3 - You might be requested to share images and videos of the product along with order details, please feel free to contact us in case of confusion.
Step 4 - Once we receive all the necessary information, we'll pick up the products within 4-5 business days.
Step 5 - To facilitate a smoother repair, we are required to run a quick check to see if the received products are in appropriate condition. Once confirmed, we’ll initiate a swift repair.
Step 6 - In case of manufacturing defects, we’ll confirm the claim through images and videos shared with us and initiate a refund.
Replacement T&C
All our products are thoroughly checked before leaving the warehouse. However, in case you receive a wrong Ambrane product, we take complete liability and welcome your request for a replacement.
Please note that the replacement of the product might be delayed depending on stock availability.
Warranty
We offer an extended warranty of 30 days for every purchase from our official website. So, you get an additional protection plan free of charge. The standard warranty remains 6 months for purchase from any other site.
Warranty T&C:

When we receive your product under warranty, it might get minor scratches and dents while undergoing repair. Although we do understand that it can leave appearance related concerns, we request your understanding as this is part of the repairing process.

To claim your warranty, a 360° handover video of the product at the time of pickup and an unboxing clip are requested from you. Please understand that in the absence of supporting documentation [photos/videos], we cannot move forward with the warranty repairment process.
Shipping & Delivery Information
At Ambrane, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. All orders placed on www.ambraneindia.com are shipped free of charge via express shipping (subject to minimum order value of INR 500).
Order Processing Timelines:

Orders placed before 11:00 AM – Dispatched on the same working day

Orders placed after 11:00 AM – Processed and dispatched on the next working day
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and shipping details that’ll keep you updated while you wait for the order.
Please note that any updates/notifications will be sent to your registered email/phone number only, in case you want to update your phone number/email address, feel free to contact us!
