Instructions for Use

• Connect the Wireless Charger:
  Use the included USB Type-C charging cable to connect the wireless charger to a wall adapter (not included). Plug the wall adapter into an electrical outlet. 

• Place Your Device:

• • For MagSafe-Compatible Devices
    (e.g., iPhone 12 and above): Position the device on the wireless charging stand so the back of the device aligns with the magnetic center of the charger. Ensure the magnetic attachment is secure, and the charging process will begin.
  • For Qi2 or Qi-Enabled Devices
    Place the device upright against the wireless charging stand, with the display facing outward. Adjust the position so the built-in Qi charging receiver aligns with the charger’s center, and charging will start.
  • Using the Magnetic Ring for Qi-Compatible Devices
    If your device is Qi-compatible but not MagSafe-enabled, attach the provided magnetic ring to the back of your device. Place the device on the charging stand, ensuring the magnetic ring aligns with the center of the charger. This enables magnetic charging and ensures the device remains securely attached while charging.

• Monitor Charging:
  When your device is fully charged, it will indicate a full battery (check your device's battery icon). At this point, you can remove your device from the charger.
• Unplug When Not in Use:
  To conserve energy and prolong product life, unplug the wireless charger when it is not in use.

Possible Causes of Wireless Charging Issues

• The device does not support the Qi wireless charging standard.
• The device is incorrectly positioned on the wireless charging stand. Refer to your smartphone's manual to locate the exact position of the built-in Qi charging receiver.
• A protective case or other object on the back of the smartphone is obstructing the charging process.
• The USB adapter is either too low-powered, faulty, or disconnected from the electrical outlet.
• The charging cable is disconnected, damaged, or insufficiently powered for proper operation.

Precautions

• Avoid putting excessive pressure on the product or subjecting it to impacts.
• Do not disassemble or modify the charger.
• Keep the product away from fire and water.
• Do not use the charger in extremely hot, humid, or corrosive environments to prevent damage to the circuit.
• Keep magnetic cards (e.g., ID or ATM cards) at least 6 inches away from the charger to avoid interference.
• This product is not a toy. Keep it away from children.
• For optimal performance, do not use the charger on surfaces that trap heat, such as bed sheets or mouse pads.
