Product Overview:

4 Ways to Charge:

Wireless Qi Charging Base (5W Max Output)

• Insert the Type-C cable into the AeroSync Quad's Type-C input port and power it on.
• Place your AirPods or any Qi-enabled smartphone or earbuds on the charging base.
• Your device will begin to charge.

Wireless Qi Charging Powerbank (15W Max Output)

• Place your Qi-enabled device on the wireless charging pad.
• Make sure the device is aligned at the top of the charging base.
• Your device will begin to charge.

Important Notes:

• The powerbank may take 5 to 10 seconds to detect the device before charging.
• Keep the distance between the charging pad and the smartphone less than 4mm for optimal wireless charging.

Wired Charging Powerbank (22.5W Max Output)

• Connect your device to the powerbank's USB-A or USB-C port using a quality charge cable.
• Charging begins instantly without the need to press any buttons.

Note:

• For an optimal charging experience, use the original cable provided by your mobile brand or Ambrane.
• Charge one device at a time for optimum charging speed.

Wireless Qi Mobile Charging Stand using Powerbank (15W Max Output)

• Place the powerbank into the wireless base's charging dock.
• Put your Qi-enabled device on the charging area to initiate charging.
• Your device will begin to charge.

• You can charge your smartphone in two ways:

Horizontal Charging

• Place the TPU deck (charging supporter) on the dock.
• Position your Qi-enabled smartphone horizontally above the TPU deck.

Vertical Charging

• Put your Qi-enabled smartphone vertically, next to the powerbank.
• No need for the TPU deck (charging supporter).

How to Charge the Powerbank

There are two ways to charge the powerbank:

Through Input Ports

• Use a good quality Type-C or Micro USB charging cable.
• Connect the Type-C or Micro USB cable from the Powerbank's input to the power adapter's matching port.
• The powerbank’s LED indicator will start flashing according to the battery status.

Through Wireless Dock

• Insert the Type-C cable into the AeroSync Quad's Type-C input port and power it on. The wireless dock’s LED indicator will turn on.
• Simply place the powerbank on the wireless charging dock, it will begin to charge.
• The powerbank’s LED indicator will start flashing according to the battery status.

NOTE: We recommend using a 20W power adapter to get an enhanced charging speed.

SAFETY ALERTS AND GUIDELINES

• Keep your Powerbank dry and away from moisture and corrosive materials.
• Align your Qi-enabled device correctly with the charging area to ensure efficient charging.
• Do not clean your Powerbank with harsh chemicals, soaps or detergents. Just wipe it with a soft and dry cloth or use a microfiber cloth.
• To prevent fire or shock hazards, do not expose this unit to rain or moisture.
• Do not expose this unit to extremes of temperature.
• Immediately terminate the use of the product if the item bulges, smells or leaks.
• Please recharge the Powerbank once a month if not in use to extend the lifetime of the battery.
• Please allow the Powerbank to deplete significantly before recharging to preserve the lifetime of the battery.
• Check the voltage of the USB devices and power adaptors carefully before using them.
• Please ensure that there are no metal or magnetic things (cases, rings, coins, keys, etc.) around before using the wireless charging feature.
• Do not place this unit directly onto furniture surfaces with any type of soft, porous, or sensitive finish. As with any rubber compound made with oils, the rubber finish could cause marks or staining where the product resides.
• Keep your device out of reach of small children to prevent danger.
• Lithium batteries, like all rechargeable batteries are recyclable and should not be recycled or disposed of in the normal household waste. Contact your local government for disposal or recycling practices in your area. They should be incinerated since they might explode.
• Keep away from fire, water and excess temperature ( > 45°C ) and too low temperature ( <-20°C)
• Do not dismantle, crush, puncture and short circuit the powerbank, or expose it to liquids, fire or an environment where the temperature is above 55°C.

Precautions

• Ensure the Qi-enabled device securely aligns with the powerbank for stable and efficient charging.
• Some USB cables that are not compatible with the powerbank or can't be used should be avoided, instead, choose or purchase the charging cable of the same mobile brand to get adequate speed.
• When the powerbank won't charge digital products, please check whether the charging cable and connectors are connected properly or change the cable. After digital devices are fully charged, please unplug the charging cable timely to avoid power loss.
• Choose good quality charging cables and connectors to use with this product.
• Please make sure the powerbank is fully charged when using it for the first time; and ensure that the product is fully charged at least once in two or three months.
• Prolonged use will increase the temperature of the powerbank which is a normal phenomenon.
• During the charging of the powerbank, please unplug the cable within 30 minutes when the powerbank is fully charged else overcharging will harm the battery.
