Instructions for Use

Watch this short video for a quick usage guide - 

• Connect the Wireless Charger:
  Use the included USB Type-C charging cable to connect the wireless charger to a wall adapter (not included). Plug the wall adapter into an electrical outlet. The red LED will light up, indicating the charger is ready for use.
• Place Your Device:
  • For MagSafe-compatible devices (e.g., iPhone 12 and above), align the device's back with the center of the wireless charger until the magnetic attachment is secure, and the charging process starts.
  • For Qi2 or Qi-enabled devices, place the device display facing up at the center of the wireless charger or adjust the position until charging begins. 
  • Using the Magnetic Ring for Qi-Compatible Devices If your device is Qi-compatible but not MagSafe-enabled, attach the provided magnetic ring to the back of your device. Align the magnetic ring with the center of the wireless charger to enable magnetic charging and ensure secure attachment.
• Monitor Charging:
  When your device is fully charged, it will indicate a full battery (check your device's battery icon). At this point, you can remove your device from the charger.
• Unplug When Not in Use:
  To conserve energy and prolong product life, unplug the wireless charger when it is not in use.
• Using the Stand

If your wireless charger features a stand, ensure it is securely extended and positioned on a flat, stable surface. This allows you to conveniently charge your device while keeping it upright for easy access and visibility.

Possible Causes of Wireless Charging Issues

• The device does not support the Qi wireless charging standard.
• The device is incorrectly positioned on the wireless charger. Refer to your smartphone's manual to locate the exact position of the built-in Qi charging receiver.
• A protective case or other object on the back of the smartphone is obstructing the charging process.
• The USB adapter is either too low-powered, faulty, or disconnected from the electrical outlet.
• The charging cable is disconnected, damaged, or insufficiently powered for proper operation.

Precautions

• Avoid putting excessive pressure on the product or subjecting it to impacts.
• Do not disassemble or modify the charger.
• Keep the product away from fire and water.
• Do not use the charger in extremely hot, humid, or corrosive environments to prevent damage to the circuit.
• Keep magnetic cards (e.g., ID or ATM cards) at least 6 inches away from the charger to avoid interference.
• This product is not a toy. Keep it away from children.
• For optimal performance, do not use the charger on surfaces that trap heat, such as bed sheets or mouse pads.
