Cancellation before Shipment

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a gift card will be issued for the value of the product. The gift card has to be redeemed within 1 year
Cancellation after Shipment
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have already been shipped but not been delivered, the customer has to inform the support team within 48 hrs. of ordering it. In this case, there would be a gift card issued of the face value of the product price after deducting the courier/shipment charges (Flat ₹50).

Replacements
I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or in transit or if the product received is in damaged/defective condition bearing manufacturing defects or if the wrong product is delivered, you can request a replacement of the product within 48 hours of receiving it. For this, you need to write to our support team at care@ambraneindia.com or call us on +91-11-69951111 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
If the product is malfunctioning as soon as it is received:
Our shipments go through rigorous quality checks before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case of receiving the product which is malfunctioning, it has to be notified by the customer within 48 hours of receiving it. Our support team will arrange for the reverse pickup and check the functioning of the product. After checking if there is a manufacturing defect found the product would be replaced, If it is a no-defect product then the same product would be shipped back along with the shipping charges.
