Cancellation before Shipment

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a gift card will be issued for the value of the product. The gift card has to be redeemed within 1 year
Cancellation after Shipment
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have already been shipped but not been delivered, the customer has to inform the support team within 48 hrs. of ordering it. In this case, there would be a gift card issued of the face value of the product price after deducting the courier/shipment charges (Flat ₹50).

Replacements
I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or in transit or if the product received is in damaged/defective condition bearing manufacturing defects or if the wrong product is delivered, you can request a replacement of the product within 48 hours of receiving it. For this, you need to write to our support team at care@ambraneindia.com or call us on +91-11-69951111 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
If the product is malfunctioning as soon as it is received:
Our shipments go through rigorous quality checks before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case of receiving the product which is malfunctioning, it has to be notified by the customer within 48 hours of receiving it. Our support team will arrange for the reverse pickup and check the functioning of the product. After checking if there is a manufacturing defect found the product would be replaced, If it is a no-defect product then the same product would be shipped back along with the shipping charges. For this, you need to write to our customer support team at care@ambraneindia.com or call us on +91-11-69951111 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
Note: Products will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
All Ambrane products have a “Carry in” warranty support however only in case of issues arising in Ambrane Smartwatches, once confirmed by customer service if the issue still persists we will get your watch picked up from and delivered to your doorstep.

I was excited to receive the glares but after a 15 days only the right arm has stopped working
I havent revcieved my order till now
I ordered a pair of glares and was very excited to receive the package but that's as far as my excitement lasted as the kin i opened the product ji realised j had received a defective broken piece and had called the call center who informed me to mail them and after shooting a mail with pictures of the defective product and doing it within 48 hours as mentioned in thier return policy their team refused to have it replaced and now I'm 5k down with a paid of broken sun glasses. Guys make sure u don't ever but thier products ......sub standard product and customer service

The way you swap out lens is a bit of a hassle, it needs improvement.
It took me a while to figure out how to use the swipe and touch gestures correctly despite reading the manual.
When you trigger assistant from Glares, the volume is too loud, and you can't control it.
You can only control the assistant volume if you trigger the assistant from the phone.
There were times when only one side of the glares would connect to my phone and I had to close the frame and open again to trigger a reconnection.
