Cancellation before Shipment

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a gift card will be issued for the value of the product. The gift card has to be redeemed within 1 year

I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or in transit or if the product received is in damaged/defective condition bearing manufacturing defects or if the wrong product is delivered, you can request a replacement of the product within 48 hours of receiving it. For this, you need to write to our support team at email@example.com or call us on +91-11-45911111 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
If the product is malfunctioning as soon as it is received:
Our shipments go through rigorous quality checks before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case of receiving the product which is malfunctioning, it has to be notified by the customer within 48 hours of receiving it. Our support team will arrange for the reverse pickup and check the functioning of the product. After checking if there is a manufacturing defect found the product would be replaced, If it is a no-defect product then the same product would be shipped back along with the shipping charges. For this, you need to write to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91-11-45911111 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).

All Ambrane products have a “Carry in” warranty support however only in case of issues arising in Ambrane Smartwatches, once confirmed by customer service if the issue still persists we will get your watch picked up from and delivered to your doorstep.
If you purchase any product directly from our website, you get an extra 30-day extended warranty on that particular product. Applicable on all products.

I have just used for one 1 day after charging fully before usage, looks very good and slim size easy to carry, it only has Micro USB Port to charge battery if C type also there along with USB port it could have been nice also if LED indicator is there it Could be very attractive.

I called your customer care many times, but they didn’t respond. I faced so many defect in my power bank.
Charging ports are defective as any cable doesn’t fit in it properly and sometimes it stops working in the middle of the charge. And at your site there is no replace option was there.
And now my time for exchange is over and you guys didn’t help me at all.
Sorry for such type of feedback but my expectations were so high from you guys and all ambrane team like I last power bank was also of ambrane and I didn’t face any such type of defect at all.
