Cancellation before Shipment

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you need to inform our support team at +91-11-69951111 or email us at care@ambraneindia.com (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a gift card will be issued for the value of the product. The gift card has to be redeemed within 1 year

Cancellation after Shipment

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have already been shipped but not been delivered, the customer has to inform the support team within 48 hrs. of ordering it. In this case, there would be a gift card issued of the face value of the product price after deducting the courier/shipment charges (Flat ₹50).

Replacements

I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or in transit or if the product received is in damaged/defective condition bearing manufacturing defects or if the wrong product is delivered, you can request a replacement of the product within 48 hours of receiving it. For this, you need to write to our support team at care@ambraneindia.com or call us on +91-11-69951111 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).

If the product is malfunctioning as soon as it is received:

Our shipments go through rigorous quality checks before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case of receiving the product which is malfunctioning, it has to be notified by the customer within 48 hours of receiving it. Our support team will arrange for the reverse pickup and check the functioning of the product. After checking if there is a manufacturing defect found the product would be replaced, If it is a no-defect product then the same product would be shipped back along with the shipping charges. For this, you need to write to our customer support team at care@ambraneindia.com or call us on +91-11-69951111 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).

Note: Products will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

  • Physical damage or defect not notified within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • An electrical surge/fluctuation or any damage caused at the users' end.

All Ambrane products have a “Carry in” warranty support however only in case of issues arising in Ambrane Smartwatches, once confirmed by customer service if the issue still persists we will get your watch picked up from and delivered to your doorstep.

Warranty Reward

If you purchase any product directly from our website, you get an extra 30-day extended warranty on that particular product. Applicable on all products.

  • Any product(s) returned for repair and/or service under warranty are repaired, and minor scratches and dents may occur during the process. It shall be included in a part of the repair cycle.

    Q. Which app is to be used for running the smartwatch?
    A. For both android and iOS- Da Fit App is to be used.

    Q. What android and iOS version is compatible with the watch?
    A. The smartwatch is supported on both android devices and iOS devices. Android 6.0 or above, iOS 10.0 or above.

    Q. How to configure the Smartwatch for BT Calling?
    A. - For iPhone
    After successfully connecting the smartwatch with the Mobile app, manually search and connect the “Eon Max Phone” shown under the Bluetooth section separately on your iPhone. After establishing a proper connection, the user can receive and make calls from the watch.

    - For Android
    After successfully connecting the smartwatch with the Mobile app, a second prompt will appear on the screen to connect to the Eon Max Phone. Pair the watch and now your smartwatch is ready to make and receive calls.

    Q. What are the colour options available for Wise Eon Max?
    A. There are 5 colour options available: a) Black, b) Blue, c) Grey, d) Brown and e) Burgundy. 

    Q. Does the watch support Calling? 
    A. Yes, the watch supports Bluetooth calling. Calls can be made and received while being connected through the phone with the help of Bluetooth, an inbuilt speaker and an inbuilt mic. Smartwatches can also sync contacts from smartphones.

    Q. What are the Health features available in the watch?
    A. The watch can give Health data for Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, SpO2, Sleep and other activities with high precision. Although the data recorded using a smartwatch is for reference only and not for medical use. There is also a Menstrual Cycle Tracker available on the watch.

    Q. Can calls be dialled through the watch?
    A. Yes, the watch has an inbuilt dialer option for making calls. The phone’s cellular 
    network will be used for making the call.

    Q. What is the battery life of the watch?
    A. The battery life is based on the usage patterns of the customer. The watch generally offers up to 10-day battery life on regular usage. Up to 2-day battery life on continuous BT calling and a standby time of up to 25 days on a single charge.

    Q. What modes are available in the watch?
    A. The watch has DND Mode and Low Power mode.

    Q. What sports modes are available in the watch?
    A. The smartwatch has a total of 100+ exercise/sports modes. Walking, running, cycling, skipping, yoga, climbing, dancing, badminton, basketball, football and many more.

    Q. Can we play songs on the watch?
    A. Yes, the watch has an inbuilt speaker so you can play songs through your watch. You can play/pause/stop songs, change tracks and control the volume through the Smartwatch Music menu.

    Q. Is the watch water-resistant?
    A. The watch is IP68 water-resistant, splash and sweatproof. However, the watch is not recommended to use during Deep diving, Hot Sauna bathing environments.

    Q. Can the watch straps be changed?
    A. Yes, the watch straps are changeable.

    Q. How many Watch Face Wise Eon Max has?
    A. There are 100+ cloud-based Watch Faces available in the Da Fit app. Users can also choose and apply the watch face of their own choice. The Smartwatch has inbuilt 6 watch faces.

    Q. How to apply AI watch face?
    A. Create desired AI-based watch faces in simple steps:

    i) Go to Device > Watch Faces > Edit > AI WATCH FACE
    ii) Click the photo. Tap on “Generate”.
    iii) Now choose, adjust and create your AI watch face.
    iv) Click on “Confirm” and finally “Save.”
