Cancellation & Replacement Policy

 

  • Before Shipment: Cancel anytime before shipping by contacting our support team. A gift card of the product’s value (valid for 1 year) will be issued.
  • After Shipment: Cancel within 48 hours of ordering. A gift card (after ₹50 deduction for shipping) will be issued.
  • Replacements: Report damaged, defective, or wrong items within 48 hours for a replacement. Manufacturing defects will be checked before approval.
  • Warranty: Purchases from our website get an extra 30-day extended warranty.
  • Important: Video proof (handover & unboxing) is required for warranty claims. Policies may change without prior notice.

      BEAUTIFUL DESIGN

      Now a days the market is flooded with ups for routers of different non reliable brands and hence customers are confused with which to go. I would say this the most beautifully designed and useful product to get seemless connectivity during power failures . I tested its full capacity by connecting it to jio fiber router with 2.5 amp input capacity router , it worked without any hitches and provided a full 3 hours of backup to the router.

      Good Product

      Never thought it would be so light weight. As of now, it is doing the job for us. Electricity does not go out for more than 20 mins in our area so not able to tell if it works for 5 hours as it mentioned.

      Overall a good product.
