Cancellation after Shipment

I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or in transit or if the product received is in damaged/defective condition bearing manufacturing defects or if the wrong product is delivered, you can request a replacement of the product within 48 hours of receiving it. If the product is malfunctioning as soon as it is received:
Our shipments go through rigorous quality checks before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case of receiving the product which is malfunctioning, it has to be notified by the customer within 48 hours of receiving it. Our support team will arrange for the reverse pickup and check the functioning of the product. After checking if there is a manufacturing defect found the product would be replaced, If it is a no-defect product then the same product would be shipped back along with the shipping charges. Note: Products will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

All Ambrane products have a “Carry in” warranty support however only in case of issues arising in Ambrane Smartwatches, once confirmed by customer service if the issue still persists we will get your watch picked up from and delivered to your doorstep.
If you purchase any product directly from our website, you get an extra 30-day extended warranty on that particular product. Applicable on all products.

A. For both Android and iOS- the GloryFit app is to be used.

A. The smartwatch is supported on both Android devices and iOS devices. Android 4.4 or above, iOS 9.0 or above.
Q. How to configure the Smartwatch for BT Calling?
A. For iPhone
After the app is successfully bound with the watch while using the smartphone function, it will prompt to connect with Bluetooth Marble (ID-XXXX), you need to allow all the permissions on your smartphone when prompted. Once you are done allowing the permissions, the pairing will be successful and complete.
- For Android
After the app and the watch are successfully bound, it will automatically prompt due to its UniPair™ Technology whether to pair with the audio Bluetooth Marble (ID-XXXX), and you can directly pair it.

A. There are 5 strap options available: a) Brown, b) Green, c) Mint Green, d) Silicone Black and e) Metallic Black.
Q. Does the watch support Calling?
A. Yes, the watch supports Bluetooth calling. Calls can be made and received while being connected through the phone with the help of Bluetooth, an inbuilt speaker and an inbuilt mic. Smartwatches can also sync up to 100 contacts from smartphones.
Q. What are the Health features available in the watch?
A. The watch can give high-precision Health data for Heart Rate, SpO2, Blood Pressure, Menstrual Cycle, Sleep Monitoring, Breath Training and other activities. Although the data recorded using a smartwatch is for reference only and not for medical use.
Q. Can calls be dialled through the watch?
A. Yes, the watch has an inbuilt dialer option for making calls. The phone’s cellular network will be used for making the call.

A. The battery life is based on the usage patterns of the customer. The watch generally offers up to 7-day battery life on normal usage. Up to 2-day battery life on continuous BT calling & AOD and a standby time of up to 15 days on a single charge.

A. The watch is IP68 water-resistant, splash and sweatproof. However, the watch is not recommended to use during Deep diving, Hot Sauna bathing environments.

A. There are 100+ cloud-based Watch Faces available in the GloryFit app. Users can also choose and apply the watch face of their own choice. The Smartwatch has inbuilt 6 watch faces.

A. Yes, the watch has 2 inbuilt AOD options. The first one is digital and the other one is Analog.
Q. Can we disable the ringtone of the smartwatch?
A. Yes. Go to Menu -> Settings -> Sound -> Enable/Disable Ring tone , Phone Audio as per your choice.
Q. How to configure the SOS functionality in the watch?
A. Go to Gloryfit app - SOS Contact - Add SOS number. You can make direct call to the contact person just pressing SOS option inside Meny directly.

A. Yes, you can click pictures by shaking your wrist through the Remote Camera feature and you can play/pause and rewind/forward with the help of the Remote Player feature.
Q. What is the warranty of the product?
A. Ambrane smartwatches come under a warranty of 365 days against any manufacturing-related issues. The accessories (magnetic pin charging cable) which come along with the smartwatch come under a warranty of 90 days. The wear-and-tear accessories such as the straps are not covered under warranty.
Q. Is there a functional crown?
A. Yes, there is a functional crown that helps the users change watch faces and navigate through the menu.
Q. How to enable the Find My Phone option in Ambrane Marble?
A. Go to GloryFit Mobile app > Universal Settings > “Bracelet Looking for Mobile Phone” > Turn ON notification bar permission. Now, the phone will ring and vibrate on clicking “Find Phone”.
NOTE: Make sure that Phone Audio from Setting > Sounds is disabled on your smartwatch for your phone to ring. Also, ensure that your smartphone is in Ringing mode. Otherwise, your smartphone will only vibrate and not ring while using this feature.
Q. How to enable Vibration mode?
A. Go to Setting > Sounds. Now, set the Ringtone volume at zero by clicking on “-” till it reaches the lowest level. Turn OFF “Ring Tone “. It will successfully enter into Vibration mode.
Q. How to use Female Health Tracker?
A. To access the Female Health Tracker if you are a female, go to the app. Click on Me > Physiological Cycle and set the details manually.
NOTE: Female Health Tracker icon is unavailable in the Spin menu view due to limited space for icons. So, if you want to use this feature, please change the Menu view to either Nest or List view. If the issue still persists, please restart your smartwatch and the app.
