Cancellation before Shipment

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a gift card will be issued for the value of the product. The gift card has to be redeemed within 1 year
Cancellation after Shipment
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have already been shipped but not been delivered, the customer has to inform the support team within 48 hrs. of ordering it. In this case, there would be a gift card issued of the face value of the product price after deducting the courier/shipment charges (Flat ₹50).

Replacements
I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or in transit or if the product received is in damaged/defective condition bearing manufacturing defects or if the wrong product is delivered, you can request a replacement of the product within 48 hours of receiving it. For this, you need to write to our support team at care@ambraneindia.com or call us on +91-11-45911111 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
If the product is malfunctioning as soon as it is received:
Our shipments go through rigorous quality checks before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case of receiving the product which is malfunctioning, it has to be notified by the customer within 48 hours of receiving it. Our support team will arrange for the reverse pickup and check the functioning of the product. After checking if there is a manufacturing defect found the product would be replaced, If it is a no-defect product then the same product would be shipped back along with the shipping charges. For this, you need to write to our customer support team at care@ambraneindia.com or call us on +91-11-45911111 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
Note: Products will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
All Ambrane products have a “Carry in” warranty support however only in case of issues arising in Ambrane Smartwatches, once confirmed by customer service if the issue still persists we will get your watch picked up from and delivered to your doorstep.

1. Used the product for 3-4 days. Quality and performance satisfactory and upto the expectation. Hope it retains its quality and performance till its life span.
2. Since high quality product is assured by Ambrane, why not the standard Warranty be extended by a minimum of 12 Months..
3. I have not received the original original Copy / PDf copy of the Order and the tax Invoice from you, which is required for my records and for claimimg Warranty etc. Ambrance is lacking in this aspect. Pl send / mail these immediately.
4. I have a technical question and expect a response soon from you. What happens in case the 'short cable' supplied by you along with the Power bank is connected between the Input Port and the output Port accidentely? Will there be a short circuit and product gets damaged? What measures have been in-built (taken) to prevent such a wrong connection? Please revert soon.
5. The space between the 2 output Ports is very less and facing difficulty in fixing 2 outport cables simultaneously and suggest you to provide more space or maintain more distance by revised layout of Ports. Many devices have different cables with USB Port cable outer casing Sizes.
5. Why not all the Power bank manufactured by you have 'Torch' feature as a default feature, which all the customers love.
I am yet to recieve the powerbank but u claimed to have fulfilled the order.
