Which app is to be used for running the smartwatch?
For both android and iOS- Da Fit App is to be used.
What android and iOS version is compatible with the watch?
The smartwatch is supported on both android devices and iOS devices. Android 6.0 or above, iOS 10.0 or above.
How to configure the Smartwatch for BT Calling?
For iPhone
After successfully connecting the smartwatch with the Mobile app, manually search and connect the “Eon Pro Phone” shown under the Bluetooth section separately on your iPhone. After establishing a proper connection, the user can receive and make calls from the watch.
For Android
After successfully connecting the smartwatch with the Mobile app, a second prompt will appear on the screen to connect to the Eon Pro Phone. Pair the watch and now your smartwatch is ready to make and receive calls.
What are the colour options available for Wise Eon Pro?
There are 4 colour options available: a) Black, b) Wine Red, c) Fern Green and d) Blue.
Does the watch support Calling?
Yes, the watch supports Bluetooth calling. Calls can be made and received while being connected through the phone with the help of Bluetooth, an inbuilt speaker and an inbuilt mic. Smartwatches can also sync contacts from smartphones.
What are the Health features available in the watch?
The watch can give Health data for Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, SpO2, Sleep and other activities with high precision. Although the data recorded using a smartwatch is for reference only and not for medical use. There is also a Menstrual Cycle Tracker available on the watch.
Can calls be dialled through the watch?
Yes, the watch has an inbuilt dialer option for making calls. The phone’s cellular network will be used for making the call.
What is the battery life of the watch?
The battery life is based on the usage patterns of the customer. The watch generally offers up to 10-day battery life on regular usage. Up to 2-day battery life on continuous BT calling and a standby time of up to 25 days on a single charge.
What modes are available in the watch?
The watch has DND Mode and Low Power mode.
What sports modes are available in the watch?
The smartwatch has a total of 100+ exercise/sports modes. Walking, running, cycling, skipping, yoga, climbing, dancing, badminton, basketball, football and many more.
Can we play songs on the watch?
Yes, the watch has an inbuilt speaker so you can play songs through your watch. You can play/pause/stop songs, change tracks and control the volume through the Smartwatch Music menu.
Is the watch water-resistant?
The watch is IP68 water-resistant, splash and sweatproof. However, the watch is not recommended to use during Deep diving, Hot Sauna bathing environments.
Can the watch straps be changed?
Yes, the watch straps are changeable.
How many Watch Face Wise Eon Pro has?
There are 100+ cloud-based Watch Faces available in the Da Fit app. Users can also choose and apply the watch face of their own choice. The Smartwatch has inbuilt 6 watch faces.
