    If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you need to inform our support team at +91-11-69951111 or email us at care@ambraneindia.com (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).

    In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a gift card will be issued for the value of the product. The gift card has to be redeemed within 1 year

    Cancellation after Shipment

    If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have already been shipped but not been delivered, the customer has to inform the support team within 48 hrs. of ordering it. In this case, there would be a gift card issued of the face value of the product price after deducting the courier/shipment charges (Flat ₹50).

    Replacements

    I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

    Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or in transit or if the product received is in damaged/defective condition bearing manufacturing defects or if the wrong product is delivered, you can request a replacement of the product within 48 hours of receiving it. For this, you need to write to our support team at care@ambraneindia.com or call us on +91-11-69951111 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).

    If the product is malfunctioning as soon as it is received:

    Our shipments go through rigorous quality checks before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case of receiving the product which is malfunctioning, it has to be notified by the customer within 48 hours of receiving it. Our support team will arrange for the reverse pickup and check the functioning of the product. After checking if there is a manufacturing defect found the product would be replaced, If it is a no-defect product then the same product would be shipped back along with the shipping charges. For this, you need to write to our customer support team at care@ambraneindia.com or call us on +91-11-69951111 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).

    Note: Products will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

    • Physical damage or defect not notified within 48 hours of receiving the product
    • An electrical surge/fluctuation or any damage caused at the users' end.

    All Ambrane products have a “Carry in” warranty support however only in case of issues arising in Ambrane Smartwatches, once confirmed by customer service if the issue still persists we will get your watch picked up from and delivered to your doorstep.

    Warranty Reward

    If you purchase any product directly from our website, you get an extra 30-day extended warranty on that particular product. Applicable on all products.

    • Any product(s) returned for repair and/or service under warranty are repaired, and minor scratches and dents may occur during the process. It shall be included in a part of the repair cycle.
    • A 360 ° handover video of the product at the moment of pickup and an unboxing video are required to provide for any warranty claims.  Ambrane India cannot be held responsible / liable for such product(s), and no claims in relation to such product(s) will be accepted in the absence of the videos.
